Service Description
Individual Psychotherapy
Individual psychotherapy is a deep process of self-discovery, reflection, understanding and personal transformation, in which the unconscious roots of your suffering can be brought to light. In a safe, empathetic and non-judgmental space, I support you in exploring inner conflicts, relational patterns and the emotional dynamics that shape your life experience.
Together, we will build a therapeutic framework where your life situations can be explored and deeply understood, and where your inner resources can be reconnected and strengthened. Our work will focus both on understanding the roots of your distress and on accessing the resources that can support meaningful change.
Through this inner journey, you can develop greater mental flexibility, emotional and behavioural self-regulation, and a more authentic relationship with yourself and others. Psychotherapy thus becomes a way of reconnecting with yourself and living life with greater meaning, clarity and presence.
Couple Therapy
The goal of couple therapy is to support partners in the process of (re)discovering one another, understanding relational difficulties, and building a shared space grounded in safety, authenticity and open communication.
Therapy offers a supportive framework for exploring unconscious dynamics, repetitive relational patterns, blocked emotions and unmet needs. Through this process, partners learn to better recognise and express their own inner experiences, to listen to and understand each other’s emotional language, to repair emotional ruptures and to cultivate a more conscious and empathetic way of being together.
All couples are welcomed with respect, openness and without judgment, regardless of their relationship dynamic. This journey asks for vulnerability, courage and mutual engagement, but it holds the potential to turn your relationship into a living space, one where emotional growth, safety and connection can take root and flourish.
Psychological Assessment
Psychological assessment is a structured process aimed at understanding your emotional, cognitive and behavioural functioning. It can offer a clear perspective on your challenges, inner resources, and personal needs. This process is centred on exploration, not labelling. Psychological assessment can be helpful in a wide range of situations when:
- you’re experiencing confusing or overwhelming emotional states,
- you’re feeling anxious, low, fatigued, irritable, or struggling with sleep,
-
you’re seeking clarity about yourself,
-
you’re considering starting psychotherapy,
-
or simply wish to better understand your inner world.
What the process involves:
-
a clinical interview and case history
-
psychological questionnaires and standardised tests
-
a personalised psychological report
The evaluation is conducted over three separate sessions:
Session 1 – Clinical Interview: We gather relevant information about your life history, professional, family, social, and relational context, significant experiences, symptoms, and more.
Session 2 – Psychological Testing: We apply questionnaires and standardized tools tailored to your needs and the topics discussed.
Session 3 – Feedback & Report: You receive detailed feedback on the results. We review the conclusions together and explore potential next steps. A comprehensive written psychological report is provided, which you can keep for personal insight or use in relevant contexts (if needed).
You may request a psychological assessment:
-
as part of a personal development or self-discovery process,
-
for clinical diagnosis (in collaboration with a psychiatrist),
-
or as a preparatory step before starting therapy, if you choose to take that path later on.
