Psychologist and psychotherapist

About Me

I chose this profession out of a deep calling to understand human suffering and to accompany people through moments of vulnerability and transformation. I believe that beneath symptoms, pain or emotional struggles, there is always a story worth listening to, and a self waiting to be rediscovered.

For me, psychotherapy is not just a profession, but a way of being in relationship with the other, an authentic encounter, a living space where deeper layers of the self can be explored with care and courage. It is the shift from merely surviving to living with intention, presence and meaning.

Finding your way back to yourself is not always easy, but it can be profoundly liberating when done alongside someone who truly sees you and offers the space to reconnect, reflect and grow at your own pace. This belief is at the heart of how I practise psychotherapy.

I accompany people with care, patience and presence as they turn inward, to listen more deeply to themselves, understand what they feel and find clarity in their path forward. I see the therapeutic process as a form of deep care, a space for reconnection with the self and with others, where suffering can be held, understood and gradually transformed.

Psychotherapy also means having the courage to approach the deeper roots of emotional pain, to look beyond the symptoms and gently turn towards what may have remained hidden or unspoken for a long time.

Psychotherapy is life itself: it is the encounter with the deeper layers of the self, an authentic relationship and the shift from merely surviving to living with meaning, presence and intention.

My Experience

My clinical experience spans both private practice and non-profit mental health services. I work with individuals facing a wide range of emotional and relational challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, addictions, relationship difficulties, sexuality-related concerns, grief and loss, self-harm, a history of abuse, gender dysphoria, eating disorders and personality disorders. I also work with members of the LGBTQIA+ community, honouring the uniqueness and complexity of each person’s journey.

Many of these experiences are accompanied by deep emotional pain and complex inner states. I approach them with care, respect and openness, offering a therapeutic space that is both safe and supportive. Alongside this, I support each person’s process of self-discovery and personal growth, encouraging the exploration and strengthening of their inner resources.

I offer psychological services in both Romanian and English.
